Standard Policy
We stand behind every Karbon Bike we build. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your bike within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked.
From time to time, we extend this period to 90 days as part of a special promotional offer. When applicable, the longer return window will be clearly stated on your order confirmation or on the promotional page at the time of purchase.
To qualify for a return, your bike must:
- Be in the same condition you received it (normal test rides are fine — we cannot accept returns with crash damage or excessive wear).
- Include all original components, accessories, and documentation.
- Be returned in suitable packaging to prevent shipping damage.
If your return is approved, a full refund (minus any shipping costs, if applicable) will be issued to your original payment method once the bike has been inspected and processed.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please reach out through our Contact Us form to request a Return Authorization (RA). Detailed shipping instructions will be provided with your RA.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated in a promotion or if the return is due to a warranty issue. We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping service.
Exchanges
If your bike or accessory arrives damaged or defective, please contact us through the Contact Us form. We’ll arrange a prompt exchange or replacement at no cost to you.
Sale, Demo & Clearance Items
Unless otherwise specified in a promotion, sale, demo, or clearance bikes are non-refundable. These items remain covered under our warranty policy.
Accessories & Apparel
Accessories and apparel may be returned within 30 days if unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
Refund Timing
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.
