Frame Limited Lifetime Warranty
All Karbon Bikes frames are covered for life against damage caused by manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship for the original owner. Paint and finish are covered for 1 year from the date of purchase. Warranty does not cover damage due to ordinary wear and tear, neglect or intentional destruction.
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original owner. However, factory reconditioned demo bikes sold directly by Karbon are also covered under this same warranty for their original purchaser.

Crash Replacement
In the event of a crash or non-warranty situation, we’ll get you back on the trail with a discounted replacement price.
Crash replacement pricing is available only to the original owner, including for factory reconditioned demo bikes sold directly by Karbon.
