Azur GX AXS is a thoroughbred XC hardtail racing bike with modern geometry fit for today’s tougher race courses. Its light weight and razor sharp handling make it the perfect bike for navigating singletracks and putting power down when trails point upward. It features our incredibly stiff yet super lightweight hardtail carbon fiber frame, state of the art front suspension technology courtesy of the latest race-ready RockShox SID SL Select fork, one of the lightest and fastest XC forks on the market. The drivetrain features the extremely durable and versatile SRAM GX AXS Eagle T-Type Transmission system which combines greater durability and performance while maintaining a significant weight advantage over other drivetrains. The braking system features powerful and highly adjustable hydraulic Magura brakes mated to 160mm rotors. Azur GX also features our Karbon 2935 carbon fiber wheels with asymmetric rim design and 33mm outer width (26mm inner width) mated to Goodyear Peak cross country tubeless tires. Of course, Azur GX wouldn’t be a proper lightweight elite XC racing bike without our carbon fiber seatpost, which weighs a mere 230g / 8oz (including hardware). All these state of the art specs will be at your fingertips through our sleek and lightweight Karbon MTB Carbon Fiber Flat Handlebar.

When choosing a frame, height is only one of several factors to consider. The other two equally important factors are the type of terrain and riding style. A larger size frame offers more stability, and gives you more room to move without upsetting the ride dynamics of the bike. A larger frame size will have a longer wheelbase putting the front wheel further ahead and making the bike feel more planted at higher speeds. On the other hand, a smaller size frame provides a more playful riding style and will feel more agile in tight corners.
